This is a ready to use condiment or dipping sauce that is easy to pour and has visible pieces of coriander and chilli with a strong citrus and vinegar flavour. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 months once opened. This is a medium to hot sauce which may not be suitable for small children.
Spirit vinegar, water, chilli (7%), canola oil, carrots (5%), sweet potato, cane sugar, coriander (4%), garlic, onion, salt, turmeric, citric acid (E330), stabiliser (xanthan gum), potassium sorbate (E202), sodium benzoate (E211).
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 months once opened.
