The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per address, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order.

Free UK Delivery is automatically applied to your order when you spend £75.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend this offer to all UK postcodes.

Where possible we will dispatch orders using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and Royal Mail Special Delivery Services. Unfortunately, some larger products and orders incur an additional charge this may be due to volumetric weight. Your delivery options will be displayed on the checkout page the shipping charged is based on the items you have in your basket.

Postal weight appears on each product page to facilitate calculation of shipping fees and is based upon the typical weight of the product plus its usual packaging.

If you choose one of our express delivery services and our nominated courier does not attempt to deliver to you within the given time frame then we will refund your postage costs.

DPD Pickup

No need to wait in for a delivery, you can now have your order shipped to a local DPD Pickup shop at your convenience. You'll be notified by email / SMS when your parcel is ready to collect, and all you need to do to pick up your parcel is take your Pickup Pass (either printed or visible on a smartphone) and photo ID (Passport or Drivers Licence).

Place your order before 2pm Mon - Fri, then select DPD Pickup as your delivery option at checkout and your order will be delivered the Next Working Day (Mon-Fri) and stay in store for up to 7 days so you can collect at a time to suit you.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customer collection from our warehouse currently.

How will I be updated on my order?

For parcels sent via standard delivery, we will notify you via email when it leaves our warehouse and will provide you with a tracking link if available. For parcels sent express delivery via DPD, if you provide us with a mobile number we will notify you on the day of delivery of a one hour time slot you can expect your parcel, so you don't need to wait in all day. If you don't provide us with a mobile number, DPD will update you on your parcel status via email instead.

Packaging

Your order will be sent out in plastic free packaging. We currently use recycled cardboard boxes or reuse the boxes in which we receive stock from our suppliers. To protect your items, we use a paper bubble wrap alternative, unbleached kraft roll and 100% recycled paper void fill. All boxes are sealed with paper tape.

Environmentally Conscious Delivery Programme

If you would like to offset the carbon emissions of your order, you can add £1 to your order in the checkout which we will donate to Trees for Life to help support their environmental conservation work, which in turn works to combat the carbon emissions related to the delivery of your order.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, please return it, within 30 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement.

Items returned under our 30 day guarantee should be returned to us in their original condition including any packaging. Please check the ‘Products we are unable to refund’ section below for exceptions...

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

How to return items

To ensure we can deal with your return as quickly as possible please call us on 0333 400 0981 for the appropriate address to return your parcel to - we’ll also advise you on the best method of returning the goods. We ask that you wrap and parcel goods which you are returning carefully to prevent damage.

Please fill in your Return Form (on the back of your order confirmation) or download another one below. Be sure to indicate the reason why you wish to return the goods, whether you would prefer us to send you a replacement or process a refund, and your name and order number. Please note we are only able to replace identical products (but requests for different garment sizes are acceptable).

Please obtain proof of postage (a certificate of posting is available free of charge from the Post Office). This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers.

We aim to process the returned items promptly. However, during busy periods, please allow up to 21 days for your refund or replacement to be actioned. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Please note that the costs for returning the item to us are unrefundable, unless you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective. In these cases we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

We can arrange collection of items at a charge of £5.00.

Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.

Products we are unable to refund

In the interests of hygiene, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Underwear/lingerie, hosiery and swimwear unless the item is clearly unopened.
  • Hats and hair accessories unless unworn and the tags still in place.
  • Pierced earrings and pierced body jewellery - we are unable to refund or exchange any pierced jewellery.
  • Quilts, duvets, pillows and bedding unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
  • Cosmetics, toiletries, feminine hygiene products and towels, we will accept returns if they are in a saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging, and only if supported by a valid proof of purchase (your despatch note) for exchange or refund.
  • Food and Beverages, unless they are unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.

    When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

    You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of receiving your return.

    What are my rights under The Consumer Contracts Regulations?

    If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us (if possible, see individual product Returns Policies for details) or collection arrangements made, promptly at your cost. If we collect the item from you, you will be charged the cost of collection (up to £100 in some cases) which will be notified to you at the time of cancellation.

    You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract.
