Meru Herbs Mango Jam - 330g

Deliciously sweet and exotic, this jam is made with 100% natural and handpicked mangos ripened in the African sun. Made without artificial colours or preservatives, it can be spread on toast, crumpets and crackers or stirred into porridge, yoghurt and puddings for a delicious sweet treat or even used in baking.

Good for smallholder farmers and good for you too. Mango is an excellent source of vitamin A, as well as containing high amounts of pectin, a soluble dietary fibre that efficiently contributes to lower cholesterol levels in the blood. The digestive enzymes in mangos also helps to promote natural digestion.

Meru Herbs was founded in 1991. They produce, process and package teas, jams and sauces, providing sustainable incomes for employees and farmers, helping to eradicate poverty. Educating the community on organic farming methods, empowering women (who are a minority), working to alleviate poverty and improve the standard of living whilst contributing to the operational and maintenance costs of the Water Project.
