King Soba offer up a delicious East-Asian delicacy that’s easy to cook and goes well with a host of different dishes. You can boil some vermicelli to throw into a stir fry or use it to make a hearty noodle soup made up of meats or of vegan-friendly veggies. These noodles are free from GMOs and are simply made up of corn starch, potato starch and brown rice flour. All ingredients are organic and have earned these noodles the official label from the Soil Association. King Soba products are also FairTrade labelled because of their fair, progressive manufacturing practices that ensure a safe and sustainable environment for workers.
