Helping to keep your house clean from muddy footprints this mat traps up to 95% of dirt dust and mud and can absorb 3 times its own weight in water to prevent any nasty slip hazards from wet floors. Suitable for all around your home this striped mat can even be used outdoors to wipe your feet before stepping into clean floors and when its dirty can be popped in the washing machine at 30°C and will come out looking brand new.

The Hug Rug mats are made up of three different layers all using 100% recycled materials. The tufts are made from recycled cotton and microfibres and are bonded to the flexible anti-slip rubber backing – made from recycled industrial plastics – by an extra tough fibre membrane made from recycled plastic bottle lid tops.

Hug Rugs work hard to make their rugs as environmentally friendly as possible. Each year they recycle:

• Over 5.9million T-Shirts to use in the cotton tufting
• Over 7.5million plastic bottles to create the extra tough membrane
• Over 2.5million litres of water to run the mills
• Over 100 tonnes of recycled industrial plastics to use in the backing

Plus their mills in Yorkshire are ZERO WASTE to landfill!

Packaging includes a recycled cardboard header and are rolled up in a recycled plastic bag to keep the rug clean and together during storage and delivery.
