Our new Refugee Collection everyday cards showcase the passions and talents of artists from refugee and migrant backgrounds. The cards are made with responsibly sourced materials and printed in the UK using vegetable based inks.
Ada Jusic is an illustrator and animator with over ten years’ experience in commercial illustration and animation. As a refugee who came to the UK from Bosnia in the early 90s, art and creativity was how she made sense of her story and identity; and how she communicated it to others. Now she works to help others do the same. To date she has collaborated with organisations such as the International Rescue Committee, The Frontline Defenders, The Worldwide Trust, and English PEN to create animations and other artworks in collaboration with refugees and marginalised people as well as writing and giving interviews about her experiences.
